Draco

The Draco race is a quest-exclusive race that can only be obtained in the Third Sea. It focuses on team support, enemy debuffs, and sustained combat, making it one of the strongest races for PvP, PvE, Sea Events, and group fights. Its abilities strengthen nearby allies while weakening enemies through damage, movement, and defensive debuffs. Although Draco has lower mobility than most races, its powerful buffs, crowd control, and V4 effects more than make up for it. One drawback is that its awakening creates a large visual effect that may reduce performance on lower-end devices.

Strengths & Weaknesses

A quick breakdown of where this build shines and struggles.

Strengths

General

  • Strong anti-teamer race with high survivability tools.

  • Very high damage output even after multiple nerfs.

  • V4 abilities can create pressure and performance issues (lag) on weaker devices, indirectly affecting opponents.

Primordial Reign (V3)

  • Strong in both 1v1s and team fights.

  • Grants +15% damage and movement speed to user and allies.

  • Applies -15% movement speed debuff to nearby enemies.

  • Disrupts enemy combos, especially charge/hold-based moves.

  • Briefly prevents enemy ability usage (~0.05s–0.1s), enabling combo openings.

Cosmic Field (V4)

  • Strong for both grinding and PvP burst damage.

  • Breaks Instinct, enabling guaranteed pressure.

  • Boosts damage for teammates inside the aura.

  • Each hit (including M1s) generates orb value → fast weapons like Hallow Scythe become extremely strong.

  • Can convert short combos into one-shot, inescapable confirms.

Thorn Mail (V4)

  • Excellent defensive pressure tool in PvP.

  • Encourages enemies to hesitate, giving healing windows.

  • Breaks Instinct and increases team defense in aura range.

  • Strong support utility in group fights.

Weaknesses

General

  • Extremely difficult to obtain due to multi-step quest requirements.

  • V4 performance may cause lag, especially on weaker devices.

Primordial Reign (V3)

  • Can be countered by maintaining distance.

  • Bug: after expiration, may reduce player's melee/fruit damage by 1%–5% until death or team switch.

  • No defensive buff provided.

  • Requires precise timing and good reaction speed.

  • Countered by Human V4 – Psycho (Tier 2) passive.

Cosmic Field (V4)

  • Repeated same-move damage (e.g., Dough V, Skull Guitar X) only generates one orb.

  • Only benefits teammates inside the aura range.

Thorn Mail (V4)

  • Reflects only partial damage; does not guarantee survival.

  • Post-nerf damage output is relatively low.

  • Effect is limited to enemies inside the aura.

  • Team defense buffs also require allies to stay within range.

  • Weak in PvE despite V2 scaling due to high NPC HP scaling.

Verdict

A high-tier support-damage hybrid race built for team fights and anti-team pressure. It excels in coordinated PvP through buffs, debuffs, and combo extension potential, but suffers from heavy reliance on aura positioning and reduced effectiveness in solo PvE or long-range engagements.
