The Hydra Leader, formerly known as Island Empress, is a Lv. 1675 boss found in the game’s late Second Sea progression content. It is designed as a mid to high level encounter for players who have already reached advanced stages and are transitioning toward endgame difficulty.
The Hydra Leader uses the Venom Fruit as her main weapon, making her combat style focused on poison based pressure and sustained area damage.
