Dragon Tether is a progression ability learned from the Dragon Wizard that allows players to collect the Dragon Egg from Prehistoric Island. This ability is required to continue the Dragon progression path and cannot be skipped. Unlocking Dragon Tether is essential for obtaining the Draco race, as well as the Dragonheart and Dragonstorm weapons. Outside of enabling Dragon Egg collection, the ability has no direct combat use and serves purely as a progression requirement.

Obtainment:

Dragon Tether is obtained from the Dragon Wizard after meeting a specific prerequisite. Before it can be learned, players must first earn the Dojo Belt (Black) by completing every quest given by the Dojo Trainer. Once this requirement is fulfilled, interacting with the Dragon Wizard and selecting the "Dragon Tether" option will unlock the ability.

Usage:
Dragon Tether is used exclusively to obtain the Dragon Egg during the Prehistoric Island Sea Event.
