Shark Anchor
The Shark Anchor is a Legendary sword built for aggressive sword-focused combat, especially in PvP. Its attacks deal high damage, have short cooldowns, and are reliable enough to pressure opponents consistently. This makes it a strong option for players who prefer landing frequent attacks rather than waiting for long cooldowns.
A major strength of the Shark Anchor is how easy its abilities are to connect compared to many other swords. Its combination of damage output and dependable hit potential allows skilled players to maintain pressure and capitalize on openings without relying heavily on prediction or complex setups.
The weapon performs best during ground-based fights, where its attacks are most consistent and effective. While it becomes less reliable in aerial combat, this is more of a limitation than a major flaw. Players who spend time learning its timing and range can still use it effectively against airborne targets, though it generally feels stronger when fighting on the ground.
For Sword Mains looking for a PvP weapon that combines strong damage, consistency, and low downtime between attacks, the Shark Anchor remains one of the more dependable choices.
Obtainment:
The Shark Anchor can only be obtained in the Third Sea by defeating an Anchored Terrorshark. To trigger this encounter, a player must consume a Monster Magnet, which causes the message "Your Monster Magnet has attracted an irregular beast..." to appear, indicating that the special sea beast has been summoned.
The sword is not available to everyone who participates in the fight. Only the player whose Monster Magnet was consumed is eligible to receive the drop. In addition, that player must contribute at least 10% of the Anchored Terrorshark's total damage taken. Meeting both requirements is necessary for a chance to obtain the Shark Anchor.
