Cannon
The Cannon is a Rare gun that sees limited use beyond the early stages of the game. Its slow basic attacks and weak overall performance make it difficult to justify in most mid and late Second Sea content, especially when compared to stronger ranged weapons available at that point.
Its main niche is Sea Beast hunting for Gun users. Unlike many guns, the Cannon's basic attacks can consistently hit Sea Beasts, allowing gun mains to deal damage without relying entirely on abilities. Outside of this role, its slow attack speed and underwhelming combat effectiveness make it a poor choice for general PvE, boss fights, and PvP.
Obtainment:
The Cannon can be purchased for $100,000 from the Advanced Weapon Dealer at the Marine Fortress. Its low cost makes it easy to obtain, though its usefulness is mostly limited to early progression and specific Sea Beast hunting setups for Gun users.
