Heavenly Blood
Angel players get Heavenly Blood when their race reaches V3. For a few seconds it gives you extra defense and heals health and energy, so it is the race's way to recover mid-fight.
It comes from Arowe once your race is upgraded to V3, after you win a fight against another Angel.

How do you get Heavenly Blood?
Arowe stays in a hidden room in the Second Sea, under the hill of the Diamond boss. Raising your race to V3 with him unlocks Heavenly Blood. Paying is not enough: the table lists what he asks for, and the last row is the Angel quest.
Leave the game before you finish and the quest progress is erased, so go back to Arowe once you rejoin.
What Arowe asks for Angel V3
Be Angel, with the race already at V2.
Defeat Don Swan.

Pay 2,000,000 Beli.

Quest: kill another player who is Angel.

Quest: kill another player who is Angel.
Few players are Angel, and most of them are high level, so this quest can take a while. You can skip taking the target's bounty, but a suspicious kill does not count. Arowe's entrance is a wall you walk into: search behind the tree on the hilltop, lined up with Jeremy's rock and the Factory.

What does Heavenly Blood do?
Heavenly Blood raises your defense and heals you for a few seconds. Press T on PC, or up on the D-pad on console, while you are Angel. It triggers instantly like the other V3 abilities, so you can use it in the middle of a fight.

What Heavenly Blood looks like
Golden feathers burst out from you when you press the key. While Heavenly Blood is on, golden static crackles around you, chains coil around your arms and torso. A golden heart also shows on the left of your chest.

What are Heavenly Blood strengths and weaknesses?
Strengths
- Takes pressure off: for about 4.5 seconds the extra defense and the healing let you take a few more hits.
- Heals even mid-move: it restores health and energy while you are using a move. Normal regeneration stops while you use or hold a move, for example Control V, so this gives you recovery you would not otherwise get.
- Medium cooldown: at 30 seconds it can be used fairly often.
- Good for air fights: together with the other Angel race boosts, it suits a player who fights from the air.
Weaknesses
- Heals only a little: 12.5% of your max health does not go far.
- Wasted at full health: the healing does nothing if your health is already full, and that is easy to do by mistake.
Verdict
Take Heavenly Blood if you play Angel and want to recover health and energy in the middle of a fight. Use it when your health has dropped, not when it is full.
