Health
Health (HP) is one of the core survival mechanics in Blox Fruits. It determines how much damage your character can take before being defeated. When your Health reaches 0, your character dies and respawns after a short delay. The only exceptions are the Ghost and Pain fruits, which can revive the player once before they can be defeated normally.
Your maximum Health scales directly with the Defense stat, making Defense the primary stat for increasing durability. Every 1 point in Defense grants 5 Health, following the formula 5 × (Defense + 19). A new player starts with 100 Health, which corresponds to having 1 point in Defense.
Damage taken can be reduced by activating Aura. A fully upgraded Aura reduces incoming damage by 30% before it is subtracted from your Health, significantly improving survivability against enemies, bosses, and other players.
Your current and maximum Health are displayed by the green Health bar. On PC, it appears above the blue Energy bar, while on mobile it is displayed next to the Energy bar in a current Health / maximum Health format.
