Arowe's Ghoul quest
Kill five players of level 700 and up. Taking their bounty is optional, and the same victim can count more than once. Kills flagged as suspicious do not count, nor does friendly PvP on a private server. A bug can swallow a kill, so plan for one to three extra. Leaving the game wipes the quest progress.

The cooldown cut has no on-screen sign, so you have to count it yourself. For example, Control's V move has a 20-second cooldown, and after you activate Heightened Senses you can use it again once 8 seconds of that are left.
How does Heightened Senses look?
Activating it sends a burst of red crows out of you. While it lasts, red static crackles around you, flickering about every half second, your arms and torso are coated in blood, and a red heart sits on the left of your chest.

What are the strengths and weaknesses of Heightened Senses?
Strengths
- It gives several buffs at once: damage, speed and defense, plus faster healing and life leech.
- The speed, damage and defense buffs add on top of buffs you already have running.
- Cooldowns that finish early let you chain moves that would still be recharging, so many more combos open up.
- A decent counter to Rabbit players in PvP.
Verdict
A good pick for a Ghoul who cannot decide between speed, damage, defense and healing, since it gives a bit of each. If you want one stat pushed as far as it goes, a different V3 ability fits better.
