Arowe
Arowe
Arowe is a Miscellaneous NPC located in a hidden room beneath Diamond's Hill in the Second Sea. He allows players to upgrade their current race (except Draco) to Race V3 after they complete the required quest. Upgrading to V3 unlocks a unique race ability and grants cosmetic changes for most races.
Requirements:
Players must meet all of the following requirements before Arowe will offer a Race V3 quest:
Race V2 unlocked.
Defeat Don Swan.
$2,000,000.
If these requirements are not met, Arowe will say "Come back when you're prepared enough." or "You're still lacking $2,000,000."
Location
Arowe is located in a hidden room beneath Diamond's Hill in the Kingdom of Rose. To access his room, simply walk through the hidden wall underneath the hill.
Usage
After meeting the requirements, Arowe assigns a quest based on the player's current race. Quest progress is reset if the player leaves the game before completing the quest. Completing the quest and paying $2,000,000 upgrades the race to V3.
Human
Defeat Diamond, Jeremy, and Fajita (formerly Orbitus). The bosses can be defeated in any order.
Shark
Defeat a naturally spawned Sea Beast (Summoned Sea Beasts do not count).
Rabbit
Collect 30 Chests.
Angel
Defeat one player using the Angel race.
Ghoul
Defeat 5 players without dying. Suspicious kills do not count.
Cyborg
Show Arowe any physical Blox Fruit. The fruit is not consumed.
Draco
Arowe does not provide a quest and instead says "What are you?"
Human
