The Rare Scroll is a scroll used for weapon enchanting and sits between the Common Scroll and Legendary Scroll in rarity. It provides more enchantment progress than a Common Scroll and has a chance to grant a Unique Enchantment.

Crafting of Rare Scroll is unlocked after crafting 10 common scrolls

Crafting Materials:

• 2 Electric Wing

• 5 Fool's Gold

• 4 Shark Tooth

Other Sources:

• Can be obtained from Diamond (Blue) Sunken Chests.
  

Enchanting effects:

Using a Rare Scroll at the Dragon Talon Sage grants:

• 5 Enchantment Levels

• A chance to receive 1 Unique Enchantment on the enchanted weapon.
