Uzoth is a Miscellaneous NPC who teaches Dragon Talon, the V2 version of Dragon Breath, and upgrades its moves.
Requirements:
To learn Dragon Talon, players must have:
1× Fire Essence (obtained from the Death King)
400 Mastery on Dragon Breath
$3,000,000
5,000 Fragments
If the player does not provide a Fire Essence, Uzoth will say:
"Set your heart ablaze."
Upgrading:
To upgrade all Dragon Talon moves, players must have:
500 Mastery on Dragon Talon
Blue Dojo Belt (earned by completing the Dojo Trainer's fifth quest)
22× Blaze Embers in total
The required materials for each move are:
[Z] Talon Lighter
- 5× Blaze Embers
[X] Ember Annihilation
- 7× Blaze Embers
[C] Infernal Vortex
- 10× Blaze Embers
Location
Uzoth is located outside the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island in the Third Sea. Prior to Update 24, he was located inside a giant gear at Haunted Castle.

- Uzoth was moved to the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island and gained the ability to upgrade Dragon Talon.
