Crafting:
Can be crafted at the Dragon Talon Sage using:

• 1 Leviathan Heart

• 15 Leviathan Scales

• 1 Terror Eye

• 20 Fool's Gold

Other Sources:

• Can be obtained from Sunken Chests found while fishing (drop chance unknown).

• Purchased from the Shop for 1,500 Fragments (3 scrolls).

• Purchased from the Dragon Talon Sage for 500 Fragments per scroll

Using a Mythical Scroll at the Dragon Talon Sage grants:

• 9 Enchantment Levels

• A chance for an Enchantment Level to become a Unique Enchantment.

• A 10% chance to obtain a Blessing.
