Dragon Talon Sage
The Dragon Talon Sage is a Shop NPC who allows players to craft Scrolls and apply Enchantments to weapons.
Locations
The Dragon Talon Sage can always be found at the top of the left tower in Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea.
The NPC may also randomly appear for a limited time in the First Sea and Second Sea on select servers.
Purpose:
The Dragon Talon Sage allows players to craft Scrolls and enchant Swords, Guns, and Fishing Rods.
Weapons can be enchanted with Common Scrolls even if they have not been upgraded.
Attempting to enchant a Sword or Gun with a higher-tier Scroll before upgrading it will display the following message:
"Your <weapon> is too weak, it would break if I enchanted it. Perhaps try upgrading it first."
Initially, only the Common Scroll can be crafted. After crafting it 10 times, the Rare Scroll is unlocked. Higher-tier Scrolls are intended to unlock in the same way, but are currently bugged, causing their craft buttons not to appear.
