Dragon Fruit
Dragon Fruit is a Mythical Beast fruit that turns you into a half-dragon and then a flying East or West dragon. On our value list it trades at 3000000000 (demand 10); it costs 5000 Robux, or 15000000 Beli when the Blox Fruit Dealer stocks it. It suits ground fighters and fast grinders, but without Robux you need the Blox Fruit Dealer to restock it, or some luck.

What moves does Dragon Fruit have?
Dragon Fruit has an M1 in every form: Blazing Claws in base and Hybrid, Fire Breath as a full dragon.
Dragon Fruit's abilities
Pick a form: East and West are the two full dragons.
- Good for: filling Fury, Sea Beasts
A 3-hit claw combo with a small dash on each hit; in Hybrid, 5 longer slashes that burn. It costs no Fury, so it fills the meter safely.

A heat beam that knocks back. The longer you hold it, up to about 5-6 s, the farther and harder it hits; Hybrid makes it far bigger.

How does Dragon Fruit transform?
Dragon Fruit transforms twice, with V, each time a Fury bar fills: first into Hybrid, then into the full East or West dragon.
- Hybrid, at a full orange bar (Draconic Blood): you take 20% less damage, 34% less from NPCs. Your M1 burns, your moves grow, and you keep your weapons.
- Full dragon, at a full red bar (Draconic Monarch's Scales): you take 60% less damage, fly freely and cannot be stunned. Swords, guns and fighting styles are off.
- Fury Meter (Draconic Dominance): the orange bar refills slowly by itself, and the red bar fills only from damage you deal. Before you transform, every move but the M1 spends some Fury. Going Hybrid uses about 15% Fury, the full dragon about 30%.
Once transformed, Fury drains each time you are hit, twice as fast from head hits. Fury does not drain over time, so you stay transformed until damage taken and move costs empty it. As a full dragon, landed hits refill it, Z the most (up to about 39%), and a player kill refills all of it.

V unlocks at 350 mastery, and you need open space to transform. In Hybrid, using your race's V4 also costs Fury.
Dragon Fruit combos
Easy: Godhuman into Trident burst
- Keys: Godhuman C, held > Spikey Trident X > Infernal Pincer (Dragon X) > Scorching Downfall (Dragon C) > Godhuman X > Heatwave Cannon (Dragon Z).
- Needs: Godhuman, Spikey Trident; 250 mastery (C).
- Tip: Run it fast: Pincer (10 s cooldown) and Downfall must land right after the Spikey Trident X, then Heatwave Cannon closes.
Easy: Dragon chain into Yama finish
- Keys: Scorching Downfall (Dragon C) > Infernal Pincer (Dragon X) > Heatwave Cannon (Dragon Z) > Yama X > Godhuman Z > Godhuman C > Godhuman X.
- Needs: Yama, Godhuman; 250 mastery (C).
- Tip: Land Scorching Downfall's stun first, so Pincer and Heatwave Cannon connect before Yama X and the Godhuman strings.
Easy: Grounded Dragon Trident opener
- Keys: Scorching Downfall (Dragon C) > Dragon Trident X > Godhuman X > Godhuman C, tapped > Godhuman Z > Infernal Pincer (Dragon X) > Heatwave Cannon (Dragon Z).
- Needs: Dragon Trident, Godhuman; 250 mastery (C).
- Tip: Tap Godhuman C rather than holding it, and use this on the ground only, since the string is not built for air fights.
Easy to medium: Cannon-first Godhuman chase
- Keys: Heatwave Cannon (Dragon Z) > Infernal Pincer (Dragon X) > Scorching Downfall (Dragon C) > Godhuman Z > Godhuman C > Godhuman X.
- Needs: Godhuman; 250 mastery (C).
- Tip: Open with Heatwave Cannon's knockback, then aim Pincer down to slam the target and keep Godhuman Z in reach after Downfall.
Easy to medium: Sanguine Art and anchor grip
- Keys: Scorching Downfall (Dragon C, held) > Sanguine Art C > Sanguine Art Z > Infernal Pincer (Dragon X) > Sanguine Art X > Shark Anchor X > Skull Guitar X > Heatwave Cannon (Dragon Z).
- Needs: Sanguine Art, Shark Anchor, Skull Guitar; 250 mastery (C).
- Tip: Hold Downfall for its full 2.5 seconds, then Sanguine Art C and Z set up Pincer before Shark Anchor X and the Skull Guitar close it.
Dragon Fruit's strengths and weaknesses
Strengths
Base and Hybrid
- Hits hard over a wide area, and the M1 is free, so it grinds fast.
- X chains into Godhuman or Electric Claw, and C opens or extends combos.
- F doubles as your travel move and a combo extender.
- Z reaches far with a big blast, and Hybrid makes its reach and blast much larger.
Both dragons
- Only Magnet's 62.5% damage cut beats the full dragon's 60%.
- Held Z has the longest reach of Dragon Fruit's moves.
East Dragon
- Taking damage never interrupts its Z charge or its C.
- C hits hardest in tight spaces; with Ghoul V4 it heals you almost fully.
- X's large hitbox stuns hard; F is fast and drags foes down.
West Dragon
- Instinct can dodge only F's slam and crash, and X at point-blank or long range.
- X deals burst damage, strongest against fliers.
- Over the sea, F drowns whoever it grabs: quick bounty and honor.
Weaknesses
Base and Hybrid
- Against fliers, Z is hard to land and C barely works: its fireballs burst only at full range.
- Kitsune, Lightning and Portal users give it the most trouble.
- Hybrid's bigger hitbox makes you easier to hit.
Both dragons
- Misses and charging Z burn Fury, and a long charge leaves you open; poor aim ends your transformation early.
- Cursed Dual Katana's X cuts straight through its damage resistance.
East Dragon
- Apart from held Z, it reaches little for such a huge dragon.
- Against a single target, C returns little Fury and is weak in 1v1.
- X plays out in full even on a miss.
- Crashing F into the sea hurts you too, unless you are Shark race.
West Dragon
- X costs a lot of Fury and hits softer than West's other moves.
- Quick targets can escape C: its meteors sometimes hit late.
- F hits full strength only when it slams onto solid ground.
Verdict
Pick Dragon Fruit for PvP on the ground; against fliers only West's X holds up. Skip it if you have no Robux and cannot afford its Beli price at the Dealer: no other route is reliable.

How do you get Dragon Fruit, and how rare is it?
Dragon Fruit is surest with Robux; without it, try the Gacha, a Dragon Egg or a traded Dragon Token (1 in 8 to give Dragon) for a chance, and watch the Dealer for stock.
- Physical fruit (Blox Fruit Dealer): 15000000 Beli or 5000 Robux, only while Dragon Fruit is in stock. If you eat or buy another fruit, a Beli-bought one is replaced and lost, but a Robux purchase can always be equipped again. Live stock: our Blox Fruits stock page.
- Permanent Dragon: 5000 Robux, yours to keep, with East or West at your choice: the Dealer sells it even when the fruit is out of stock, and the Shop menu switches you back to it after you eat another fruit.
- Blox Fruit Gacha: since Update 30, East and West Dragon are in its regular pool, with no published odds. Before that, it came up only in short event windows.
- Dragon Egg: first learn the Dragon Tether, the ability that lets you pick eggs up: the Dragon Wizard, who stands in the Dragon Dojo, teaches it once you hold the Black Belt, the last of the Dojo Trainer's eight quests (finish a Prehistoric Island event with 3 Dinosaur Bones in hand). On Prehistoric Island (Third Sea), hit a Lava Golem or break a volcano crack during the volcano event. If the volcano event's relic ends above 90% health, up to 4 eggs appear and you can take one. The egg is a crafting material, and picking it up has a 0.1% to 0.5% chance of giving a physical East or West Dragon too.
- Dragon Token: only old Dragon owners got one, in Update 24, so trading is how you get one. Redeeming one gives one of eight Mythical fruits at equal odds, so Dragon is 1 in 8. A Token is worth 3300000000 on our value list, demand 9. A Token you receive in a trade is redeemed the moment it arrives.

- Trading: Trade only at the Mansion (Third Sea) or the Cafe (Second Sea). A Permanent fruit must be in your Inventory first: choose to store it there when you buy it.
- Codes: No code gives Dragon Fruit; working codes only give stat resets, titles, Beli or 2x experience.
East or West: which Dragon Fruit should you pick?
Pick East to grind and West to travel or fight players. A physical Dragon Fruit is East or West, whichever you get; Permanent Dragon lets you choose either, and mastery counts for both.

Allies can ride a full dragon, but each variant needs its own upgrade from the Dragon Tamer, and both cost 5,000 Fragments at 500 mastery.
- East Dragon (Strong Hair): The Dragon Tamer sells it on Graveyard Island (Second Sea) and by the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island (Third Sea).
- West Dragon (Saddle): also from the Dragon Tamer, at the same two spots. Buy it before East's Strong Hair: it seats one more rider and flies faster.
How do you get Dragon Fruit's skins, and what are Ember and Eclipse worth?
Dragon Fruit has 14 skins, each made for both East and West: 9 colors and 5 Chromatic skins, all cosmetic. Chromatic skins also recolor your attacks and the Draco race's V4. The Barista crafts the colors; find him at the Cafe (Second Sea) or the Mansion (Third Sea).
Ember Dragon
Ember came from Winter 2025 Fruit Boxes, a past event: 1% a box, and sure by the 100th box. A sure Ember took ten 10-packs, which cost 16,990 Robux at that event's box price.
Roblox lists Ember as off sale, so trading is the way to get it. On our value list it is worth 6700000000, demand 9.
Eclipse Dragon
Eclipse came with the Dragon Update. It costs 1,999 Robux.
You can also get it in a trade: a traded Eclipse is redeemed for the player who receives it, with no extra step. On our value list it is worth 33000000000, demand 10.
Every other Dragon skin
- Blood Moon, Phoenix Sky and Violet Night (Chromatic): off sale, so you can only trade for them.
- Green: free default for East and West.
- Orange or Yellow: 149 Robux, or craft it for 2,500 Fragments and 2 Orange Berries or 2 Yellow Star Berries.
- Blue or Red: 249 Robux, or 4,000 Fragments and Blue Icicle Berries (5 for East, 2 for West) or 5 Red Cherry Berries.
- Purple: 399 Robux, or 5,000 Fragments and 8 Purple Jelly Berries.
- Black: 499 Robux, or 7,500 Fragments and one of every berry, all 8 kinds.
- Emerald or Frostbite: no Robux price. Win the recipe from the Dragon Hunter in the Dragon Dojo. Then craft it for 10,000 Fragments, 3 White Cloud Berries, and 5 Green Toad (Emerald) or 5 Blue Icicle (Frostbite) Berries.
- Dragon Hunter rolls: each costs 1 Dragon Egg, 15 Dinosaur Bones and 15 Blaze Ember. To talk to the Hunter, earn the Yellow Belt from the Dojo Trainer's Water Warrior quest, which asks for 5 Sea Entity kills; the Trainer offers quests only once Dragon Talon, which Uzoth teaches in the Third Sea, has 500 mastery. To roll you also need Dragon equipped and the Black Belt.

Plastic Dragon (not a skin)
Plastic Dragon is a collectible: you cannot eat it, but you can drop it and trade it. It comes as an East or West Dragon fruit with googly eyes.
It came only from the Luckymaxer NPC during the April 2026 April Fools event. It is one of 14 Plastic Fruits.

What changed in Dragon Fruit's updates?
Dragon Fruit was reworked in the Dragon Update (Update 24): it split into East and West, gained the Hybrid form and an M1, and every move was renamed.
Dragon (Classic), the version before the rework, can no longer be obtained; old physical Dragons became Dragon Tokens.
- East and West Dragon became regular Gacha rolls, after short windows in Updates 29.2 and 29.5.
- Hybrid X always breaks Instinct, and its hitbox grew 20%.
- Stuns stopped working on the full dragon.
- Its damage resistance went back from 53% to 60%.
- West's C got a bigger hitbox.
- Before you transform, held moves hit harder and Fury builds faster.
- As a dragon, a player kill refills the whole Fury Meter (a bug gives it on any kill; the update meant it only for foes within 50 levels), and head hits drain it twice as fast. Head and body got the same damage cut.
- As a dragon, M1 and C lost their stuns; C hits harder (East +40%, West +50%), and its AoE range fell 20%.
- As a dragon, X lost 20-25% of its damage and Z costs 75% more Fury. West's Z gained 25% range and charge speed; East's charge time fell 25%.
- East's C: cast 15% faster, duration +15%.
- Full dragon damage resistance fell from 60% to 53%.
- Every cooldown grew by 0.5 s, and every move lost 5% damage.
- West flies a little slower.
- Fury from landed moves went up before you transform and down as a full dragon.
- After player backlash, old Dragon owners also got a free East or West Dragon.
- Permanent Dragon Tokens, which offered a 2,400 Robux upgrade, were removed; their owners picked East or West to keep.
- Tokens began to roll from a set list of Mythical fruits at equal odds, Dragon included.
- Tokens became tradable on Jan 7, 2025.
- Old move names: Heatwave Beam became Heatwave Cannon, Draconic Claw became Infernal Pincer, and Fire Shower became Scorching Downfall.
- Transformation became Imperial Evolution, and Dragon Flight became Draconic Soar.
- Before this update the fruit cost 2,600 Robux or 3,500,000 Beli; afterwards it cost 5,000 Robux or 15,000,000 Beli.
- Dragon's price read 'IN PROGRESS' until the rework, and neither the shop nor the Blox Fruit Dealer sold it.
- The old Dragon got a remade fruit icon.
- The old Fire Shower (C) and Draconic Claw (X) got small visual touch-ups, and Fire Shower's hitbox shrank.
- Dragon added to Blox Fruits.
Is Dragon Fruit good?
- PvP: West is the pick for fighting players: it outflies every other form, so targets have a harder time running from it.
- Grinding: East is the better grinder of the two dragons: you can keep moving while its Heatwave Cannon charges.
- Sea Events: Every Dragon Fruit M1 can hurt Sea Beasts and the Leviathan in sea events. On Leviathan hunts, Hybrid's M1 works well on the body segments, while Magma still does more to the head.
- Raids and bosses: East is the stronger pick for raids, and turning off camera shake makes aiming at bosses much easier.
Where can you track Dragon Fruit's value and stock?
