King Red Head is a Miscellaneous NPC located beneath the Colosseum in the Second Sea. He plays a key role in unlocking the Third Sea by assigning players a quest to confront rip_indra.
Location:
King Red Head can be found inside the prisoners' cell beneath the Colosseum, alongside the Gladiators.
Requirements:
Level 1500 or higher.
Defeat Don Swan.
Function:
After meeting the requirements, King Red Head assigns a quest and teleports the player to Indra Island to battle rip_indra. Dealing enough damage to reduce rip_indra to half health triggers a cutscene, after which King Red Head sends the player a message directing them to Mr. Captain to continue the journey to the Third Sea.

Displayed when interacting with King Red Head again after the rip_indra battle.
