The Mansion (also known as Don Swan’s Mansion) is a sub-area located at the highest point of Kingdom of Rose in the Second Sea. It is an important progression location tied to multiple quests and late-game objectives.

Inside the Mansion, players can find a symbol code placed on a table, which is required for the Colosseum Quest. The area also contains a door leading to Swan’s Room, though access is restricted until the player gives Trevor a fruit worth more than $1,000,000.

The Mansion is located above the Café, directly behind it near the center of the Kingdom of Rose. Players can also reach it instantly by selecting “Mansion” while using Portal’s C ability, World Warp.

How to Access:

• Trevor resides near the swimming pool at the center of the compound.

• Players must be Lv. 1000+ and give Trevor a Blox Fruit worth at least $1,000,000 to access Don Swan’s room.

• If the player is below Lv. 1000, Trevor says: “Get out of here before I kill you.”

• All Legendary and Mythical fruits are valid; Quake is commonly used since it’s one of the cheapest eligible options.
