Musketeer Hat is a Legendary accessory obtained by completing the Citizen's quest

Obtainment:
To obtain, player must complete The Citizen's Quest, which is a questline in the Third Sea that can only be started by players who are Level 1800 or higher. Completing it is required to unlock Instinct V2, as the Citizen uses the fruit collected during the Hungry Man Quest to create a special fruit bowl.

The quest consists of two objectives:

Forest Pirates

• Quest Giver: Citizen

• Level Required: 1800

• Objective: Defeat 50 Forest Pirates

• Rewards: $100,000 and 250,000,000 EXP

Captain Elephant

• Quest Giver: Citizen

• Level Required: 1800

• Objective: Defeat Captain Elephant

• Rewards: $50,000 and 100,000,000 EXP

After completing the questline, players can obtain the Musketeer Hat, which also grants the "Main Character" title.

• +12.5% Sword/Gun Skill Cooldown
