Citizen
Citizen is a quest NPC located near the Mansion on the Floating Turtle in the Third Sea. The Citizen offers a one-time questline that rewards players with experience, Beli, the Musketeer Hat, and is required to unlock Instinct V2.
Usage:
The Citizen's questline can only be started by players who are Level 1800 or above. Completing the entire questline is required to access Instinct V2, as the Citizen prepares the Fruit Bowl needed for the Hungry Man Quest.

The Citizen can be found near the Mansion on the Floating Turtle, in the Third Sea.
Musketeer Hat
After defeating Captain Elephant, the player must obtain the Musketeer Hat, which also grants the "Main Character" title. The hat is located behind a breakable wall directly in front of the Mansion entrance, behind the three mushrooms. Players can access the hidden room by breaking the wall or by using Flash Step.

This deals minor damage if a target comes near the teleportation area.

Player has obtained the Musketeer Hat.
