The Phantom Dragon is a legendary pet from the Halloween Event (2025) in Adopt Me. It arrived on October 3, 2025 as a 1,000 Robux pet and left the game on November 7, 2025. Today the only way to own one is to trade for it, as a Normal, Neon or Mega Neon, with or without Fly and Ride.

Trading is the only way. No shop, egg or event has sold the Phantom Dragon since it left the game on November 7, 2025.
Trade for one on Adopt Me's trading system; Ultra-Rare and Legendary items need the Trade License (at the Safety Hub).

The starting point: every other version is made from Normal ones.
The membranes of its wings and ear frills, the necklace jewel and the string down its back and around its tail glow light blue (the ear frills did not glow at first, until a change shortly after release).
