The Alicorn is a legendary pet in Adopt Me, released on July 21, 2022. You can still get one: it hatches from the Cracked, Pet and Royal eggs sold in the Nursery and from the Basic and Crystal eggs. You can also trade for it or for an Admin Abuse Egg, which holds it too, as a Normal, Neon or Mega Neon, with or without Fly and Ride.

No, they are two different Legendary pets. The Alicorn has a light-blue and light-pink mane and a darkish blue horn, while the Unicorn has a pink horn and a pink, green and yellow mane. The Unicorn hatches only from the Retired Egg.

Hatch an egg that holds the Alicorn, or trade for one. Each chance below is for a Legendary pet from that egg, not for the Alicorn alone: it shares the chance with the egg's other Legendary pets.

Buy a Cracked Egg in the Nursery. It costs 350 Bucks, takes four tasks to hatch and has a 1.5% chance of a Legendary.
Buy a Pet Egg in the Nursery. It costs 600 Bucks, takes five tasks and has a 3% chance of a Legendary.
Buy a Royal Egg in the Nursery. It costs 1,450 Bucks (or 9 Robux through the Starter Pack), takes six tasks and has an 8% chance of a Legendary.
Hatch a Basic or Crystal Egg. They cost 400 and 4,000 Pet Releaser Tickets, earned with the Pet Releaser, and take 5 tasks each. A Basic Egg has a 0.25% chance of a Legendary and a Crystal Egg 5.9%.
Trade for an Alicorn or an Admin Abuse Egg on Adopt Me's trading system; Ultra-Rare and Legendary items need the Trade License (at the Safety Hub).

Normal

A light-blue and light-pink mane and tail, a lighter blue body and feet, a darkish blue horn and pastel teal wings with light-pink outer feathers; in daytime the outer feathers and parts of the mane look white.

Neon

Its mane, horn, hooves and the edges of its wings glow light blue.

Mega Neon

It glows in the same places as the Neon, with those areas cycling through the colours of the rainbow.
