The Trial of Speed is the race trial required to awaken the Rabbit race. Instead of defeating enemies, players must navigate a maze and reach the exit before time runs out. The maze becomes more complex with each successful awakening, requiring faster navigation and better route recognition.

Mechanics:

Entering the Rabbit trial door inside the Temple of Time teleports the player into a dark maze with a grass floor bordered by stone brick walls.

To complete the trial, the player must navigate the maze and reach the red exit slab within 1 minute. After completing the maze, the player is returned to the Temple of Time entrance to await the PvP phase.

The maze becomes more difficult after each race upgrade. Early trials feature straightforward paths and obvious dead ends, while later trials introduce more branching routes and complex layouts. Although the maze is randomly generated, later versions tend to follow several recurring patterns.

Tips:

• Use speed-boosting fruits such as Spirit, Kitsune, or Tiger to finish the maze more quickly. Tiger is generally not recommended due to its large size, while Kitsune's tails can partially block your view.

• If you do not have a speed-boosting fruit, equip movement accessories such as the Pilot Helmet.

• During the early trials, following one wall is an effective way to eventually find the exit, although this strategy becomes much less reliable in later mazes.

• In later stages, the red exit slab often spawns closer to the center of the maze.

• The maze becomes easier with experience, as recognizing common layouts and dead-end patterns helps you find the exit more quickly.
