Ancient Clock
Ancient Clock is a special structure located in the Temple of Time and plays a central role in Race Awakening progression. Rather than being a combat item or weapon, it functions as an important mechanic-related landmark tied to one of the game’s major late-game systems.
Its primary purpose is to support the Race Awakening process, making it a key location for players aiming to unlock and upgrade their awakened race abilities. Because of its importance in progression, the Ancient Clock is mainly relevant to late game players working toward stronger race enhancements.
Requirements:
Ancient Clock is a special structure located in the Temple of Time and plays a central role in Race Awakening progression. Rather than being a combat item or weapon, it functions as an important late game landmark tied to one of the game’s most significant progression systems.
To access the Ancient Clock, players must first complete their race trial alongside at least two other players. After the trial, participants must fight each other, and only the last player standing gains access. A guiding light then leads the winner to the Ancient Clock.
Once a player unlocks the 5th Race Awakening upgrade, this restriction is removed, allowing them to visit the Ancient Clock at any time without needing to repeat the trial or PvP phase. This makes access much more convenient for players continuing their Race Awakening upgrades.
Additional Information:
Players can continue the gear receiving process even after leaving and rejoining the game after winning a deathmatch.
If a player wins a trial and tries to do another, the message “You have unspent points. Go to the clock.” will appear.
It is similar to the Flames of Hearth, but cannot be used to awaken Draco.
Players attempting to go past the Ancient Clock stairway without completing a trial will be teleported back to the start of the stairs.
Maxing out a race (after 5 trials) grants permanent access to the Ancient Clock. However, after changing a gear once, the user cannot change gears again unless they complete another trial or rejoin the game.
Players with a maxed race can do unlimited trials without needing to train again.
A glitch may prevent interaction with the Ancient Clock even after completing a trial; this is usually fixed by leaving and rejoining the game.
If a player tries to glitch into the clock using Flash Step without obtaining the Blue Gear, they will be teleported back to the Temple of Time and shown the message: “You lack the strength to be here.”
