Raid Bosses

Raid Bosses are powerful bosses that are significantly stronger than normal Bosses. They typically require special conditions to spawn and offer better rewards, including Weapons, Materials, and other valuable items.

Spawning

Most Raid Bosses are spawned by:

  • Using a special item.

  • Completing specific NPC quests (such as summoning Dough King).

  • Meeting certain in-game conditions.

Unlike normal bosses, Raid Bosses summoned with special items do not have a cooldown, although the required summoning items are often rare.

In the First Sea and Second Sea, some Raid Bosses instead spawn naturally after a very long respawn time.

Players can identify a Raid Boss by:

  • A large green health bar displayed at the top of the screen.

  • The "[Raid Boss]" tag next to its name.

  • A distinctive thunder sound effect when it spawns or is approached.

Drops

Raid Bosses generally provide better rewards than normal bosses.

Possible rewards include:

  • Weapons

  • Materials

  • Other exclusive drops

Some Raid Bosses do not grant EXP or Levels upon defeat.

Behavior

Raid Bosses are much stronger than regular bosses and have several unique mechanics.

  • Elemental Reflex and Blade's Sword Immunity do not work against them.

  • They possess significantly higher Health, Defense, and Damage.

  • Low-level players are encouraged to fight them with friends or other players.

  • If left without taking damage for a period of time, Raid Bosses will despawn and must be summoned again.
