Agony was a Lv. 3000 Raid Boss that appeared in the Party Realm. He alternated spawns with Ashen and could revive into a much stronger Tormented form, making the second phase significantly more dangerous.
The following message appeared when the boss spawned:
"Pain takes form at the Colosseum."
Spawning:
Spawned every 20 minutes in the Grand Colosseum, alternating with Ashen.
Despawned after 9 minutes if not defeated.
Revived into a Tormented Boss when reaching low HP, increasing health from 55,000 to 200,000.
Defeat/despawn message: "Pain recedes."

Tips:
After reviving, Agony's HP increases from 55,000 to 200,000, while the x3 max damage cap allows players to defeat him more quickly.
Tormented Agony attacks nearly three times faster than his normal form, making him much more dangerous.
Since the Grand Colosseum is a PvP zone, fighting in a private server is recommended. PvP is automatically enabled upon entering the arena.
Bomb [V] – Self Destruct is very effective, as Agony often stays close while the move charges, allowing it to deal massive burst damage.
Buddha or fruits with good range and strong PvP performance are recommended for this fight.

Agony's attacks were based on the abilities of the Pain Fruit.
Quickly punches the target in rapid succession.
Commonly used at close range.
Launches a volley of Pain Ghosts.
This attack cannot be interrupted.
Uses the tap version while in base form.
Switches to the held version after reviving.
Charges briefly before firing a long-range beam.
Deals massive damage.
Often used twice in succession.
Causes temporary screen distortion if it hits.
