Bomb
Bomb is a Common Natural-type Blox Fruit focused on explosive damage and area control, costing $2500000 or R$2300 from the Blox Fruit Dealer. It revolves around creating explosions through ranged attacks, planted explosives, and risk-reward mechanics that can boost damage at the cost of the user’s own HP.
In gameplay, Bomb performs best in PvE grinding thanks to its strong AoE options and reliable damage output from its heavier skills. It can clear groups of enemies efficiently when used correctly, especially when combining its explosive pressure with self damage scaling for higher burst potential. However, its kit leans heavily on predictable, stationary or delayed attacks, which makes it easier for experienced players to avoid.
In PvP, Bomb struggles due to its slow setup and lack of consistent pressure against mobile opponents. While it can punish grouped targets or careless players with high damage explosions, its limited reliability and telegraphed moves make it less effective in competitive fights. The fruit also went through balance changes in Update 27.4, where it received a significant nerf before later being slightly improved again, leaving it in a weaker but usable state compared to its earlier versions.

Strengths & Weaknesses
A quick breakdown of where this build shines and struggles.
Strengths
One of the best Common fruits for grinding, especially in the Second and Third Sea.
Exceptional Sea Event performance, particularly against Sea Beasts.
Large AoE and low cooldowns allow for constant pressure.
Most moves are multi-target and can break Instinct.
Very cheap and beginner accessible.
Surprisingly viable in PvP despite its rarity.
Strong mobility through Explosive Jump [F].
Works well with multiple stat builds.
Self Destruct [V] and Land Mines [C] can deal absurd amounts of damage in the right situations.
Weaknesses
Lacks reliable stun moves, limiting combo potential.
Most attacks are short-ranged.
Charged moves are highly predictable.
The user becomes immobile while charging attacks.
Limited combo potential compared to meta PvP fruits.
Self-inflicted damage from [V] and [F] can become problematic.
Several abilities have inconsistent hitboxes.
Some moves are difficult to use effectively in aerial combat.
Requires higher mastery than most Common fruits.
Verdict
Bomb is an underrated powerhouse that massively exceeds expectations for a Common fruit. Its combination of excellent grinding potential, incredible Sea Event efficiency, and respectable PvP capabilities makes it one of the best value fruits in the game.
While it lacks the stuns and combo potential of higher-tier PvP fruits, Bomb compensates with explosive damage, low cooldowns, and unmatched effectiveness against large targets. However, players must carefully manage its self-damaging mechanics and predictable charged attacks to maximize its potential.
Abilities & Upgrade
[Tap / Held] This attack has two variants: a quick thrown bomb or a charged explosive with increased power and range.
Tap:
Throws a small bomb projectile that explodes on impact.
Deals quick knockback, useful for spacing.
Fast execution but lower damage.
Held:
Charges into a larger bomb with increased explosion size and damage.
Produces a stronger area explosion on release.
Slower setup but higher damage potential.
The user charges a controllable shockwave that can be repositioned before release and detonates into a small upward knockback explosion.
While charging, the explosion area can be moved around slightly, allowing limited repositioning.
On release, it creates a small explosion that launches opponents upward.
Has short range, reaching only slightly beyond a fully charged Bomb V.
The user performs a short forward dash that either grabs the target for a delayed bomb detonation or deals light contact damage if it misses.
Direct hit triggers a grab that causes a small explosion and plants a delayed bomb.
The planted bomb detonates after 3 seconds, applying knockback toward the user and breaking Instinct.
If the grab fails, the dash still deals light multi-target contact damage in some cases.
Strong combo potential, but requires accurate positioning for full effect.
[Tap / Hold] This move has two variants: a rapid burst attack or a delayed trap-based explosion setup.
Tap:
Releases a ring of bomb explosions around the user, pushing enemies outward.
Deals extremely high burst damage when all explosions connect, exceeding a fully charged Self Destruct (V).
Strong close-range AoE pressure tool for crowd control.
Hold:
Deploys multiple landmines with chain-detonation behavior lasting ~30 seconds.
Enemies triggering one mine can cause a full chain explosion across all placed mines.
Can be manually detonated or triggered by other Bomb abilities, allowing combo setups and area control.
The user converts their head into a charged explosive that grows in power while draining health before detonating in a high-damage area blast.
Charging increases explosion damage and knockback, with full charge requiring ~4 seconds.
On release, creates a large AoE explosion with strong knockback and high damage.
Cannot be cancelled even when taking damage, making it a committed charge attack.
Fully charged use drains 25% HP (percentage-based scaling health loss).
The user propels themselves upward using an explosive blast beneath them, with optional directional movement for forward mobility.
Launches the user into the air using a self-generated explosion, providing vertical mobility.
Can be steered forward by moving while activating the ability.
Repeated use causes self-damage, with damage increasing each consecutive use until it resets.
Becomes risky when spammed due to escalating self-damage penalty.
