Experience
Experience

Experience (EXP or XP) is the progression system used to increase a player's level. Players gain experience through activities such as defeating enemies, completing quests, and other gameplay actions. As more experience is earned, the player moves closer to the next level. When a player levels up, they receive three stat points to improve their character and may unlock access to new areas, quests, items, or features. Experience gains can also be increased through multipliers, allowing players to level up faster. The current maximum level is 2800.
Obtainment:
Experience is mainly obtained by defeating enemies and completing combat related tasks such as quests. These activities are the primary way players gain EXP and progress toward the next level. In some cases, players can receive direct level increases without gaining EXP, usually as a special reward for defeating certain Raid Bosses. For example, defeating Order grants the player 3 levels immediately. The following methods give players EXP:
Quest:
Quests are a main way to earn EXP and money while progressing through the game. Most quests are designed to provide enough experience to help the player level up once and usually require defeating 5 to 9 normal enemies, most commonly 8 enemies, or defeating a single boss. Each quest has a minimum level requirement before it can be accepted. Quests from higher-level areas generally reward more EXP, allowing players to continue leveling efficiently as they progress.
Combat:
Defeating enemies and bosses grants a small amount of EXP and money as a combat reward. However, the EXP gained from individual kills is usually much lower compared to other methods, such as quests. Enemy EXP becomes more noticeable when fighting enemies that are significantly higher level than the player, making combat a more useful source of experience in certain situations.
Praying:
Praying at the Gravestone in the Third Sea has a chance to reward the player with EXP through the Blessing effect. The Gravestone has a 49% chance to grant this reward when prayed at. The Gravestone can be found in the Haunted Castle, near the graveyards where the Reborn Skeletons are located.
Fishing:
Fishing rewards players with 25% of the EXP required for their current level when a fish is successfully caught. This makes fishing a strong leveling method for players looking to progress quickly. Players do not receive any EXP if they catch a Soggy Boot instead of a fish.
Additional Information:
• EXP is currently the most abundant quantity in the game, often reaching hundreds of millions for a single level, while other stats and currencies are rarely seen above ten million.
• Roblox Premium allows players to gain more EXP from quests and enemy kills compared to normal players.
• Uzoth reached the Update 20 maximum level (2550) in 7 minutes and 45.92 seconds.
• The amount of EXP required per level is calculated using the formula XP(L) ≈ 1.73 × L^1.726, where L represents the player's current level.
• Reaching level 2800 requires a total of 143,840,871,332 EXP.
• Reaching level 700 to access the Second Sea requires 3,320,000,000 EXP, while reaching level 1500 for the Third Sea requires an additional 23,000,000,000 EXP, for a combined total of 26,320,000,000 EXP.
• Reaching the maximum level of 2800 through fishing alone requires approximately 11,196 successful catches.
• Combining EXP multipliers can result in a total multiplier of 6.7x, although the actual bonus is approximately 2.7x because the base EXP gain is already counted as 1x. This setup includes Roblox Premium (1.1x), Party Hat or 50B Party Hat (1.1x), 2x EXP (2x), and Curse Of The Thief enchantment (2.5x). Efficient 4 (1.6x) is not included.
2x Experience
EXP Boosts double all experience gained for a limited amount of time. Each boost has a set duration, and it expires once the timer runs out. Multiple boosts can be stacked, which adds their durations together, but the EXP multiplier does not increase since all boosts provide the same 2x EXP effect regardless of the source. EXP Boosts can be purchased from the shop for durations of up to 24 hours for 1499 Robux or obtained through codes. The most common boost duration is 20 minutes, although longer durations may also be available.
