Quetzalcoatl

RETIRED

Legendary

Trading only

The Quetzalcoatl is a legendary pet in Adopt Me that came out in August 2025 in the Aztec Egg and the Royal Aztec Egg. The Aztec Egg was a limited egg sold for 750 Bucks and left the Gumball Machine on February 28, 2026, so the Quetzalcoatl is retired. Today you can get one only by trading, as a Normal, Neon or Mega Neon, with or without Fly and Ride, or by trading for either egg and hatching it.

The Aztec Egg, which cost 750 Bucks in the Gumball Machine and took 5 tasks to hatch, and the Royal Aztec Egg, which cost 15 Golden Aztec Skulls from the Temple Trek minigame in the Aztec Temple Trek Event. Players could also hatch it from Basic Eggs, which cost 400 Pet Releaser Tickets.

How do you get the Quetzalcoatl?

Aztec Egg in Adopt Me

Aztec Egg

Trading is the only way now. The Quetzalcoatl came from the Aztec Egg and the Royal Aztec Egg, so a traded egg of either kind can still hatch one.

Trade for a Quetzalcoatl, an Aztec Egg or a Royal Aztec Egg on Adopt Me's trading system; Ultra-Rare and Legendary items need the Trade License (at the Safety Hub).

All Quetzalcoatl variants

Every Quetzalcoatl is the same pet in one of 12 versions: Normal, Neon or Mega Neon, each with no potion, Fly, Ride or both. The buttons in the card at the top of the page show each look.
