The Son Quest
The Son Quest is a special quest given by the Robotmega NPC that allows players to upgrade the Dark Blade into its V2 variant.
The Robotmega can be found alongside the Aura Editor inside the green-roofed house in Middle Town.

Puzzle Requirements
The player must have the Dark Blade sword
The player must be on level 350 or above
Not being able to meet the above prerequisites will make the Robotmega NPC say "idk of u" during the conversation.
Puzzle Walkthrough
Step 1 – Find Indra
If the player meets all of the requirements, Robotmega will ask them to find his son, Indra.
Travel to the Frozen Village.
Find Indra inside the doghouse.
Speak to him and choose the following dialogue options in order:
say me why
(give nothing)
(give good)
u know well
sure thing bro
Remember, choosing the dialogues in the above order is crucial because only then will Indra ask you to proceed to the next step.
Indra will then ask the player to collect three Love Letters for Robotmega.
Step 2 – Collect the Love Letters
The Love Letters are hidden across three different islands.
Frozen Village
The letter is hidden behind a breakable wall.
Destroy the wall using Dark Blade's [Z] move.
Skylands
Travel to the main Skylands island.
Enter the house with the cracked door.
Destroy the door using Dark Blade's [Z] move to access the letter.
Marine Fortress
Destroy the breakable wall using Dark Blade's [Z] move.
This reveals a maze containing additional breakable walls.
Then, follow these directions to complete the maze and reach the Love Letter:

Step 3 – Upgrade the Dark Blade
After collecting all three Love Letters, return to Robotmega.
Your Dark Blade will be upgraded to Dark Blade V2, granting:
30% increased damage.
New versions of the [Z] and [X] moves.
Additional visual effects.
