Middle Town is a major hub island located near the center of the First Sea. It functions as a key home base for players thanks to its large number of shops, utility NPCs, and progression-related interactions.

The island is home to many important NPCs, including the Blox Fruit Dealer, sword and gun sellers, and several quest-related characters. It is especially important for progression because players can speak to the Experienced Captain here to travel to the Second Sea after defeating the Ice Admiral. It is also tied to The Son Quest, which is required for obtaining the Dark Blade Slayer skin.

Most of Middle Town is paved with very little grass, giving it a more urban look than most First Sea islands. At the center is a courtyard with a fountain, surrounded by 13 buildings, with two larger buildings standing near the middle. The island also features stone docks on the left and right sides, while the top and bottom edges transition into rocky beaches.

Middle Town has the largest port in the First Sea, with six total docks split evenly between the eastern and western sides. This allows up to six ships to be spawned at once, making it one of the most convenient travel hubs for players.

The island also contains the Developer House, a building with a green roof where players can find Robotmega, who starts The Son Quest, and the Aura Editor, who allows players to change the visible stage of their Aura.
