Ancient Beast
Ancient Beast is a Level 3000 Dungeon Raid Boss encountered during Dungeon Raids. It serves as one of the strongest enemies in this activity, requiring high-level equipment, strong damage output, and good survivability to defeat efficiently.
Because of its endgame difficulty, Ancient Beast is intended for experienced players and is generally easier to handle with a coordinated group rather than alone. Players attempting this boss should be prepared for a much more challenging fight than earlier Dungeon Raid encounters.
Location:
Ancient Beast is found on the 5th floor of a Dungeon, where it is usually the first boss encounter regardless of the selected difficulty. The fight consists of two phases. During the first phase, Ancient Beast fights in its normal form using T-Rex attacks and abilities. After its Health drops to roughly 30%, it enters the second phase by transforming into a T-Rex, gaining access to its transformed abilities and becoming significantly more dangerous for the remainder of the battle.
Environment:
The Ancient Beast's arena features mostly flat terrain with scattered trees and several large elevated platforms supported by rock pillars, giving players room to reposition during the fight. This is also the only Dungeon room with environmental hazards. Once the boss enters its second phase, the arena periodically fills with lava. The lava's damage increases with the selected Dungeon difficulty and can quickly eliminate players who remain in it for too long, making movement and positioning an important part of the encounter.

Ancient Beast fights using the abilities of the T-Rex fruit.
Ancient Beast relies on constant melee attacks to maintain pressure throughout the fight.
Frequently uses M1 attacks, leaving few safe openings.
Staying too close for extended periods can quickly wear down the player.
Continuous movement and careful positioning help reduce incoming damage.
Stay outside the boss's melee range.
Use Instinct to dodge its repeated M1 attacks.
Ancient Beast uses a tail swipe attack that strikes players in front of it.
Normal Form:
Performs a tail swipe with moderate range.
Can catch players who stay too close.
Transformed Form:
The tail swipe covers a wider area.
Creates multiple slashes, making it harder to avoid at close range.
Stay out of the attack's range whenever possible.
During the transformed phase, the slashes only travel diagonally.
Staying directly above the boss can avoid the transformed slashes.
Ancient Beast charges at players before pulling them in and launching them away with a powerful knockback attack.
Normal Form:
Charges in a cone-shaped area in front of the boss.
Pulls nearby players in before knocking them back.
Transformed Form:
Deals significantly higher damage.
Has a much larger hitbox, making it harder to avoid.
Stay out of the attack's range whenever possible.
If caught, the roar can be avoided with an Instinct trick.
Be careful during the transformed phase, as this attack breaks Instinct on hit.
Ancient Beast locks onto a player before rushing in with a powerful gap-closing attack.
Normal Form:
Briefly targets a player before dashing forward.
Hits with a barrage of slashes that can catch players at medium range.
Transformed Form:
Replaces the dash with a powerful lunge.
Slams the target into the ground.
Inflicts the Nausea effect on hit.
Stay outside the attack's range whenever possible.
Both the normal and transformed variants can be avoided with an Instinct trick.
Ancient Beast performs a lunging attack to quickly close the distance to its target.
Homes in on a player before lunging forward.
Lets the boss rapidly punish players who try to create space.
