Trading only
The Fossil Egg is a limited legendary egg in Adopt Me that holds 12 pets, from the Common Tasmanian Tiger to the Legendary Dodo and T-Rex. It went on sale in the Gumball Machine on October 10, 2020 for 750 Bucks and left on April 16, 2021, when the Ocean Egg replaced it. Today the only way to get a Fossil Egg is to trade for one.

Values are in Sharks (1 Shark = a Shark with no potion), the same unit as our Adopt Me trade calculator, and they update often.

How do you get the Fossil Egg?

Fossil Egg
Trading is the only way now.
Trade for a Fossil Egg, or a pet from it on Adopt Me's trading system.
Hatch it. Do tasks with the egg until it opens, or skip them with the Hatch Now! gamepass, which hatches an egg at once for 35 Robux.
Spot it in a trade. It is a green, brown and tan egg with a green tail that has a yellow bottom, little dirt smudges and brown scales on its back. Its spikes, tail and colours are inspired by the T-Rex.
Fossil Egg in the Gumball Machine rotation
The Gumball Machine in the Nursery sells one limited Legendary egg at a time and swaps it every few months. The Fossil Egg was on sale for 188 days.
