The Water Kung Fu Teacher can be found at the following locations:
First Sea – Underwater City, behind the palace on its right side, hidden inside a section of the wall with a slightly different color. The entrance is located to the left of the wall.
Second Sea – Hot and Cold.
Third Sea – Castle on the Sea.
There is no level requirement to speak to the Water Kung Fu Teacher or purchase the Water Kung Fu fighting style.
