Appearance:

Parlus wears a copper-colored coat that exposes his abs, along with black pants. He has neatly combed hair with a single strand sticking out at the front and stands with his right hand behind his head.

Location:

Parlus is located on the right side of Marine Fortress, inside the watchtower containing the Silver Chest.

To reach him:

• Enter the watchtower.

• Climb to the top of the tower.

• Drop through the hole to reach Parlus below.

Shop:

Parlus sells the Black Cape for $50,000.
