Legendary Sword Dealer
The Legendary Sword Dealer is a Shop NPC that appears exclusively in the Second Sea and sells one of three Legendary Swords required to obtain the True Triple Katana.
After obtaining Saishi, Oroshi, and Shizu, and reaching 300 Mastery on all three swords, players can speak to the Mysterious Man at the top of the Green Zone to combine them into the True Triple Katana for $2,000,000.
Appearance:
The Legendary Sword Dealer wears a formal black suit with matching trousers, a white shirt, a black tie, and a black fedora, giving him a mysterious and elegant appearance.
Spawning:
The Legendary Sword Dealer spawns at specific time intervals in the Second Sea.
Players who have completed the Colosseum Quest can speak to the Manager to check how long remains before the dealer spawns.
The Manager's dialogue changes depending on the remaining spawn time.

Each time the Legendary Sword Dealer appears, he sells one random Legendary Sword for $2,000,000:
