Dragon Tamer
The Dragon Tamer is a Shop NPC who allows players to unlock special Dragon transformation upgrades.
Locations:
The Dragon Tamer can be found in the following locations:
Second Sea – On top of the pillar closest to the Cursed Ship at Graveyard Island.
Third Sea – Outside the Dragon Dojo on Hydra Island, next to a tree above the Hydra Town Quest Giver and near the waterfall.

Upgrading:
Players with the Dragon Fruit equipped and at least 500 Mastery can purchase exclusive transformation upgrades.
Dragon (West) – Unlocks the Saddle, allowing up to 5 allied players to ride the transformed dragon.
Dragon (East) – Unlocks Strong Hair, allowing up to 4 allied players to ride the transformed dragon.
Each upgrade costs 5,000 Fragments, for a total of 10,000 Fragments to unlock both.
