A message appeared every time this boss spawned:

"Lightning has struck at the Colosseum."

Spawning:

• Spawned every 20 minutes during the Celebration Event, alternating with Agony.

• Appeared in the Grand Colosseum.

• Despawned after 9 minutes if not defeated.

• Spawned alongside a group of Lightning Bandits.
