The Valentines Delivery NPC was a limited time Quest NPC introduced during the 2026 Valentine's Event. It allowed players to enter the Valentines Delivery Minigame, which was available at the start of every global hour. Players could accept the quest only during the first 10 minutes of each hourly cycle, making participation time limited.

The NPC was added on February 14, 2026 and was removed After the event ended. It is no longer available, as the 2026 Valentine's Event has concluded.

Location:

The Valentines Delivery NPC appeared in all three seas during the 2026 Valentine's Event. In the First Sea, it was located behind the central building in Middle Town. In the Second Sea, it could be found outside at the back of the Café, while in the Third Sea, it was positioned outside the Mansion. These locations served as the starting point for the Valentines Delivery minigame.

Minigame:

The Valentines Delivery minigame begins after accepting the quest from the Valentines Delivery NPC. Players must fly through a series of rings in the sky using the Flamingo Ride from the Love Fruit and reach the destination to deliver a love note to the target NPC. Missing the route or taking too long will result in a lower completion grade.

Rewards are based on how quickly the minigame is completed and are ranked into five grades: S, A, B, C, and D. Higher grades award more Hearts, with an S Rank giving up to 135 Hearts. During each event cycle, the minigame can be completed 3 times, allowing players to earn a maximum of 405 Hearts.
