Arena Trainer is a Quest NPC who gives players a quest to train with the Training Dummy. This NPC is located under the Hydra statue, on the opposite side of the area from the Hydra Leader boss.
Quest:

• Level Required: N/A

• Objective: Defeat the Training Dummy

• Rewards: $22,000, 40,000,000 EXP, 200 Fragments

• Quest Availability: Once per hour

• Cooldown: Killing the Training Dummy while the quest is active puts the quest on cooldown.

Additional Information:

• The Training Dummy can be defeated without accepting the quest, but no rewards will be given.

• This is the only quest that rewards Fragments, although better methods of obtaining them exist.
