Change Race is a product that randomly switches the player's race to Human, Shark, Rabbit, or Angel. It cannot roll the race the player is currently using, which slightly improves the odds of getting a specific result when starting from one of those four races. Players using Draco, Ghoul, or Cyborg can also use it, but those races cannot be obtained through the product and will always be replaced by one of the four standard races.

Its main use is giving players an immediate way to change races without meeting the normal requirements for race rerolls. This is most relevant in the First Sea, where race changes cannot be purchased with Fragments. For newer players who want access to a different race bonus early, it can provide a quick shortcut.

The product becomes much less valuable after reaching the Second Sea or Third Sea, where race rerolls can be obtained through in game methods. Because of that, it is generally considered a convenience purchase rather than a long-term investment. Players looking for a specific race should also keep in mind that the result is completely random, making multiple uses potentially necessary.

It can also be obtained through several in-game methods. In the Second Sea and Third Sea, players can exchange 3,000 Fragments with Tort for a race reroll. During limited-time events, race rerolls may also be available from special event shops, including 300 Bones from the Death King during the Halloween Event, 100 Candy from the Magic Elf during the Christmas Event, and 50 Hearts from the Valentine Shop during the Valentine's Event.

Because race rerolls are obtainable through multiple in-game sources after reaching later seas, spending Robux on Change Race is generally most useful for players in the First Sea, where Fragment-based race rerolls are unavailable.
