Wenlocktoad Over Heaven was located in L'Église de Prophétie, which could be accessed in both the Second Sea and Third Sea.

Function:

After completing a raid corresponding to their equipped Blox Fruit, players could speak to Wenlocktoad Over Heaven to awaken the fruit's abilities by spending the required amount of Fragments.
