Submarine Worker
Submarine Worker is a Miscellaneous NPC that transports players to the Submerged Island.
Location:
Submarine Worker can be found at Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea, behind the submarine near the Sun-kissed Warriors and below the spawn location of the Tyrant of the Skies.
Usage:
After defeating the Tyrant of the Skies, players can speak to the Submarine Worker to travel to the Submerged Island.
When interacted with on the Submerged Island, the Submarine Worker can also teleport players to different islands for a fixed price.

Your help cleaning up the trouble on this island has earned you our trust. I'd be happy to give you a ride to our homeland down below. Want to take a ride?

"That's a shame. Come back anytime and I'll take you."
If the player selects No
"Thanks.. Maybe if the island weren't occupied by so many bandits, I'd be able to acquire enough fuel to leave this place."
