Spy
Spy is a Miscellaneous NPC that provides clues about the Leviathan and can increase the chance of the Frozen Dimension spawning through bribery.
Location:
Spy can be found at Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea, standing near a tree on the roof of the middle temple.
Usage:
Players can bribe the Spy for 1,500 Fragments per bribe.
Each bribe costs 1,500 Fragments.
A total of 4 bribes (6,000 Fragments) is required to fully bribe the Spy.
Once fully bribed, the chance of the Frozen Dimension spawning is increased.
The bribing progress can be shared between multiple players. For example, four different players can each pay for one bribe, producing the same result as a single player paying for all four bribes.
After encountering the Frozen Dimension, the bribing progress resets.
If the Spy says "I don't know anything yet.", the player is on cooldown and cannot bribe him again until completing at least 20 Sea Events. Only completed Sea Events count toward removing the cooldown.

Clue Lines
The Spy may provide one of the following clues:
"I haven't heard a thing, mate. It's quiet as a ghost ship out there."
"Some citizens claim they heard something strange, I doubt it though.."
"I heard it's been a bit chilly outside. That's a bit strange.."
"It's just downright freezing outside! What's with all these ominous clouds? Something's happening.."
"The Leviathan is out there! Go find it before it causes more destruction."
"I don't know anything yet."
If the Spy says "The Leviathan is out there! Go find it before it causes more destruction.", the Frozen Dimension has an increased chance of spawning.
