Sick Man is a Story NPC located in the Frozen Village of the First Sea. He plays a key role in the Saber Expert Puzzle, guiding players to the next stage of the quest after receiving water.

Appearance:

The Sick Man wears a brown short-sleeved ragged shirt, ragged beige pants, and a small brown hat. His right arm and abdomen are wrapped in bandages, and he has a black beard with a single shoe on his left foot.

Location:

The Sick Man is located inside a hut in the Frozen Village, near the Sword Dealer of the East.

Usage:

As part of the Saber Expert Puzzle, the player must obtain the Cup from the Desert and fill it with water from the Ability Cave in the Frozen Village. Giving the filled cup to the Sick Man allows the player to progress further in the puzzle, after which he directs them to meet his son, the Rich Man, at the Pirate
