Shipwright Teacher is a Miscellaneous NPC who teaches the Shipwright subclass.
Appearance:
Shipwright Teacher wears a white short-sleeved shirt over a red sweater, with red bands around his waist and arms. He also wears a brown belt with a silver buckle, black pants featuring a red stripe, and a black-and-red tricorn hat. He has neat jet-black hair and a muscular build.
Quest:
Shipwright Teacher teaches the Shipwright subclass.
To unlock the subclass, players must:
Complete 50 Sea Events in the Third Sea.
Defeat 20 Sharks.
Purchase the Shipwright subclass for 3,000 Fragments.
After unlocking the subclass, players receive:
1× Legendary Scroll
To level up the Shipwright subclass, players must collect Wood by breaking trees with moves that have Physics destruction and use the wood to repair boats. Repairing boats increases the subclass's level over time.
If a player enters the room without completing 50 Sea Events, Shipwright Teacher will say:
"How did you make it in here...?"
Location
Shipwright Teacher can be found at Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea. He is located behind the Safe Zone, which requires players to sail beneath the stone arch. From there, head to the large tree and enter the tower marked with a sun symbol. Inside the tower is a cracked hole in the floor leading to a tunnel, where Shipwright Teacher resides.
The door to the tunnel only opens after the player has completed 50 Sea Events in the Third Sea. Players can check if they have met this requirement by obtaining the Abyss Tamer title (#178).
