Sabi is a Miscellaneous NPC that teaches the Dragon Breath Fighting Style.
Appearance:
Sabi wears a Top Hat, a purple scarf, a light orange vest, blue pants, and black shoes. He has orange hair.
Selling:
Sabi teaches the Dragon Breath Fighting Style for 1,500 Fragments.
Once purchased, Dragon Breath is permanently unlocked and can be relearned at any time by speaking to Sabi again.
If the player does not have enough Fragments, Sabi responds with "Go away."
Location
Sabi can be found on the second to last arch along the wall in the Kingdom of Rose in the Second Sea, on the left side when facing from the Café. He can also be found at the Castle on the Sea in the Third Sea.
