The Player Hunter is a Miscellaneous NPC that assigns players PvP hunting quests to defeat randomly selected players with PvP enabled.
Location:
The Player Hunter is located in front of the palace at the Castle on the Sea in the Third Sea, near the Elite Hunter.
Usage:
The Player Hunter assigns quests to defeat a randomly selected player on the server who has PvP enabled. After accepting a quest, the NPC reveals the target's current location.
If another player defeats the assigned target before the quest is completed, the quest is cancelled. Completing a quest starts a 10-minute cooldown before another quest can be accepted.
