norp was located at a round table inside the Café in the Second Sea.
Usage:
In exchange for 3,000 Fragments, norp would randomly reroll the player's Race. The obtainable races were:
Human
Angel
Shark
Rabbit
The player's current race was excluded from the reroll, giving an equal chance of obtaining any of the remaining races.
