Mysterious Entity is a Miscellaneous NPC found in the Second Sea and Third Sea. It allows players to awaken Blox Fruit abilities by spending Fragments after successfully completing the corresponding raid.
Accessing:
Players can interact with the Mysterious Entity in the following ways:
Complete a raid that matches the Blox Fruit currently equipped.
Second Sea: Use Flash Step on the outside of the Café basement or King Toad's House to enter L'Église de Prophétie.
Third Sea: Use Flash Step beneath the Floating Turtle and locate the yellow box-like structure leading to L'Église de Prophétie.
