Lucien
Lucien is a Miscellaneous NPC found in the Second Sea, Third Sea, and Simulation Hub. He allows eligible players to travel to and from the Simulation Hub and provides information about their remaining simulation energy.

Usage:
Lucien allows players who are Level 1100 or higher to access the Simulation Hub from the Second Sea or Third Sea. When inside the Simulation Hub, players can interact with him to return to their previous location.
He also displays the player's current simulation energy, which has a maximum capacity of 50 energy, along with the remaining time required for it to fully recharge.
