Elite Hunter is a quest NPC located at Castle on the Sea in the Third Sea. It assigns quests to defeat randomly spawned Elite Pirates or the Tyrant of the Skies, which are required for several progression systems and rewards.
Location:
The Elite Hunter is located in front of the palace at Castle on the Sea, in the Third Sea.
Quests:
The Elite Hunter assigns quests for the currently spawned Elite Pirate. If no Elite Pirate has spawned, no quest will be available.
If the Tyrant of the Skies has spawned, the current quest is automatically replaced with defeating it.

Elite Pirates can spawn at Floating Turtle, Port Town, Hydra Island, or Great Tree.
The Tyrant of the Skies is located at the Liberation of Tiki Outpost.

Elite Pirate Requirements:
Yama Puzzle:
Complete 20–30 Elite Hunter or Player Hunter quests to progress the Yama Puzzle.
Lunoven Quest:
Complete 5 Elite Hunter quests to obtain the Pretty Helmet from Lunoven.
Dojo Trainer Quests:
Defeat 3 Elite Pirates to obtain the Purple Dojo Belt.
